Hi, I've made a signature in the user-panel-thingie, but it doesn't show up in my posts. And I've looked and looked in the options to see if there is a little place where I've forgotten to click 'show signature', but I can't find it. Would anyone be able to help? |

Your signature is fine, but you have the "Show signature" box unticked on this post, at least.

Right, I thought so, but the problem is that I can't *find* this box anywhere.. At first I thought it's because I choose 'quick reply', but even when I go advanced I can't find it.. Should it be under additional options, or where? I really feel blind. ): |

I am no expert, but there is a 'Show Signatures" ticky box under 'More Options' (the link at the VERY bottom of the MTS screen, in the blue footer bar.) It's under Thread Display Options, so you have to scroll down a while to get to it. Maybe that's the ticky box you need. |

Do you want to decide whether to have your signature showing or not, each time you post? Quick Reply -> Options tab. Advanced -> Misc options If you want it set automatically to show up each time you post, then go to your profile and Edit Options. |

I am curious now, so I hope you don't mind me continuing to poke my nose in where it may not belong... Are those signature options only available to people with a certain number of uploads or posts or something? Because I don't see them there at all, and so I suspect Fnus might not see them either. My "Quick Reply" options tab looks like this: And my "Advanced" Misc options area looks like this: Am I just looking in the wrong place? |

sionelle, you don't actually have a signature in your profile, so you won't see the signature options. Also, the Show Signatures in the options controls whether or not you want to see other peoples signatures. Fnus, signatures are, indeed, turned off to people with 10 posts or less. This is for a number of reasons, primarily that of spambots signing up posting 1 thing with a lot of garbage in the sig and then leaving. It's also for, well, if you don't post much, then there's not much point in having a signature. |

Tumblr - Yes, I have a blog. :) <Corsix> Why 'mod the sims 2' when you can mod 'mod the sims 2'? Story books are full of fairy tales, of Kings and Queens, and the bluest skies. |

Aha! It was so totally because I didn't have 10 posts then. At least then that means I'm not blind which is always a good thing. Thanks a lot all of you (: (And see, I think it's there, yay!) |
