Beautiful house mister007 or should we just call you Bond? So long as you know where all that cc came from and that it is free or not by a featured artist you should be ready to go. I'd try and cut back the cc if possible, but some people don't mind a long list.

Very nice modern look. It is very heavy on the CC but as another person said, some people like that. Just be sure to list everything and give credit. You might want to offer an unfurnished version for people that don't want all that CC.

The house looks really good although I would recommend learning on how to improve your screenshots. You have a fantastic house but the pics could show it off a little better. The pixels are showing too much so I would turn on the edge smoothing to full when taking pics. Always make sure that your walls are up. Always try to use cameraman mode. Turn on ceiling tiles if your EPs and SPs allow you to do so. That's all I can think of for now.
