Are those buildings close together? That's amazing! I really hope it's like that in game.
I'm also hoping for non-rectangular lots and apartments above shops!
From the tallness of those buildings, it looks like there are apartments as well as shops in them!

You are absolutely right about EA. Fortunately we have the Inge's, Ani's, and Twallans to provide the ingredients to make the dough.
