If you are sure that you downloaded all the necessary meshes for the colours, that the game can access them and that they're not in the categories black, brown etc, then you have to look at the custom category

Hi, I'm still after those hairstyles on page 53 - a few others work, but not that one. Does anyone have the mesh?! Pretty please??? I've tried everything =(

^ Do you know what the mesh numbers are for the ones you want? If the web archive link doesn't work for those there are some uploaded at Sims Cave. I linked to the thread there on the previous page of this topic. I still have the ones I mention in that Sims Cave thread as well , just haven't bothered to upload them because nobody asked , but happy to do so.

Necro/Bump: But I want the meshes/hairstyles on Page 53 and none of the above links work for me for some reason. Is there any other file/upload that has those meshes?

I had the same problem then I found I could use the Wayback Machine. (https://archive.org/) Just put the address there and click back a year or two and all the downloads worked for me.

Don't know if this will help as it is ages since anyone has replied on this thread - guess problem has been solved? Came across this thread searching for what an XM Sims hair looked like so I could categorise it to a particular period.
