Yes, I forgot to write that in description ( the veil is assigned to hat grip ) and it's compatible with the base game.

Hey boyaloned, this isn't a mod it's a dress (custom content and won't affect your game). Extract the file from the zip then place in My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/Mods/Packages.In the game, go to the outfits in Create A Sim (CAS) and you will find the dress.

I am wondering ... by chance... you can upload one of the sim? I am very interested in the girl in the left (in the picture of 3 girls).

She looks so much like someone I tried to make but never came close to looking the way I want. Then I saw your screenshot.
