Hmm, I like it! It's modern while still feeling like a home, which is nice. Most modern styles are very...clinical, I guess? It's just really hard to imagine people living in them. This has more life in it. It'll probably be a while until I find a good opportunity to use it, but I think it would fit in well in somewhere like Aurora Skies or Hidden Springs, so I'm kind of looking forward to finding a spot for it now.

Ooh, now this is unusual - I like it. My world is massive and there's an area that is empty, which I'm turning into a 'builder's project' area that has modern-looking, architecture-y houses like this. This will be perfect there, great look, excellent size...oh yes, just right

Thank you! I feel all the front facing gables and triple garages are becoming a bit gimmicky. The floor plans also end up being quite formulaic.

There is really nothing original about an american suburban house, I totally admit that! Though most of my houses are more about recreating a look or design than making something completely orignal

Although it says base game I cannot install this, the launcher tries but then the install cancels out. No matter, I can build it using your plans so I thank you for your house!

Just to let you know, I successfully built the house, although I did make a few changes, I'm not a big fan of split stairs because of the way the textures get messed up when you use constrainfloorelevation false so I used a spiral staircase instead.
