The approval took a little long and since then a new update came out once again... So I will need to check the files if anything changed at all, I will upload an updated version as soon as possible. Currently working on my other mods.

Made my sim disappear.

I am sorry that this happened to you, for now please take the mod out, I will keep you guys up to date. Just finishing updating another mod and then I will go at this one... It's a pain in the a** that two updates came out right after the other... And the long approval waiting time here is really not helping in this regard...

I removed the downloads for now, I stayed awake up till 1:30 AM and tried to figure out what happened. And I see what happened... In the April patch this file for the pregnancy rate still existed... But now in the May versions of the Patch this file is not available anymore. I cannot find it anywhere... It seems they took this resource out of the game... I need now to find the new resource that controls the pregnancy length. Could take a while to find the new files for this.

Thank you for taking this over and looking into fixing it! This mod is crucial for my gameplay so I really hope you find something.

UPDATE:

I've uploaded the updated files for the newest May patch. Finally... it took some time, but I figured it out with the help of a very nice person who extracted the correct file for me, thanks JustAnotherSimFan! The mod works perfectly now! HAVE FUN!!!
