Dude I am SO downloading this! Small-but-reasonable-sized house with all the necessary furniture, and you have well over 3,000 Simoleons left, AND it's pretty, too? Sign me up!
(Seriously, there are like, NO starter houses in the Maxis lots, even with _every single expansion pack_. It's kinda sad.)
