You're welcome! It makes making park lakes a lot easier as you only have to care for the surroundings now, like in the video you saw. I'm glad you like it and already have plans to use it.

You're welcome! The difference between the two, is that this one will still have the moving water, small waves and shimmer on top. And the other one doesn't have that all. You can see the difference better by taking a look at the videos I made for both.

Hi, yeah you probably need higher settings to see it right.
You definitly have to disable laptop mode (I'm on a laptop myself too, but only use laptop mode when I don't need all the effects of shadows and moving trees and such) Besides that I have reflections on high and visual effects too. My overal setting is on Ultra by the way, but it depends on your laptop if it can handle that of course... I think mine can't really actually :P
I think the laptop mode, reflections and visual effects are the most important in this case, but I don't know for sure.
I remember I had the black water too one time but that was when I forgot to disable the laptop mode again.

This is super cool, but do you think you could post a tutorial on how to do this? I can't find it if you have, and i'm trying to make CC based on a game I like.
