Default I want to make Custom hair, hats, traits, and outfits
I am SO. CLOSE. To MAKING TRAITS! But...I can't get them to show up, and MTS won't upload it...
They are "Hidden Traits" on mistake...

About the hair, clothes, and hat...

I can't get PhotoShop, and I need a free program....

And I need...some Tips...
...Please?

Well, making traits isn't too hard.

For starters, i recommend using these programs:
https://github.com/Kuree/Sims4Tools/releases = Sims 4 Package Editor, download latest version
http://www.sims4studio.com/ = Sims 4 Studio, you need to register in the forum to download it first, this program is useful because you can make clothing, hair, etc. and do XML Tuning(This involves creating custom traits, buffs, objects from scratch, etc.)
http://modthesims.info/t/531876 = Sims 4 DATA Editor, you need this to make custom traits, buffs, etc.

A free Photoshop alternative is GIMP:

Once you get these tools, reply to me and i'll try to explain in detail how to create traits with these programs, but i suggest watching some tutorials first(Especially XML Tuning ones)

They were having that problem a few days ago but it was supposed to have been fixed (it's a problem with their host) - if it's happening again, it might be an idea to report it in a thread over there about the subject: http://sims4studio.com/thread/5253/...ed-registration
