mods are not being detected
The game doesn't seem to even detect my mods (no pop-up, and when I go to the Settings area to view mods nothing shows).

What I've checked/tried:
- mods are in the correct location
- mods are in the correct format (i think)
- mod files haven't been corrupted
- script mods checkbox ticked
- game is up to date
- verified my game files and ran a repair
- reinstalled game

please help
