Default Evoluting Meshing Enigma
I am on a project inspired by someone's comment on a forum : the moding part seems to be ok, but I'm just not ok with the whole thing.

The idea is that the mod modify all maxis lounge seats pie menus so that Sims can sunbathing. I've already done it BUT SIMS DON'T USE THE TOWEL, NEITHER THE TURN OVER ANIMATIONS. As I think all the fun is in those, I'm not very found of the result : it's just sitting in swimwear !

I can't think anymore about a modding soluce for that matter. So I'm there to ask to the mesh specialists if they can see the thing in a whole different way to find a solution ; do someone have an idea about :
-how to add a towel on the lounge chairs ?? (something like an overlay towel mesh ?? or add a new slot for a special bent towel ??)
-how to do a recline magic for the back seat of all lounge chair at once (like it does for the foot of recliners), so that the Sim could use the lying down completely and turn over anims ?? (I could twik the anim height but not the back angle anim...)

I believe in the "Thanks" button and its amazing powers !!!

The easiest would probably be to make a CC version of the towel with a flat lounge seat as the mesh, and set the sim slot so high it looks like the sim is on the lounge chair.
Combining everything into one animated object would not be any easy.

You mean like a standalone object ?

Yup. Less chance of messing up the existing objects, too.

I'm a little disappointed because I liked the idea of being able to use any lounge chair ...
