Hey, I downloaded CAW tool, but whenever I try to launch it, it keeps asking me to install TS3 first, which I already have installed and run smoothly. I don't know where I got it from to start with, my friend sent it to me like 8 years ago and now she isn't alive to ask that. Any help would be appriciated

You may do better to post directly in the CAW section, and expand on the title of your post. "It's not working" covers a lot of ground.

Hi, you need to make sure you fully patch your game. For disc install it's version 1.67:

If you are running through the EA App/ Origin then there is a patch delivered through that which is 1.69.
Then you need the right version of CAW for your game- download direct from the EA site:
1.67: http://lvlt.thesims3.com//content/g...w/worldtool.exe
1.69: http://lvlt.thesims3.com//content/g.../caw/ts3caw.exe
