After over ten years of playing ts2 I am making my first teen mom. I am not use lot of mods in my gameplay Also, I do not want extra features like miscarriages. (There is other pregnant families in the game and one of them is my first alien baby ever.) I looked InTeenimater but I would prefer to keep my teens as teens. They do not work fulltime or go married in real life so why they should do it in the Sims. Also, I do not want new memories because deleting them would cause corruption. I know about WildChild and Woohoo teens but I am unsure how they will work. Some players have reported bugs. Is there a mod that only makes teen pregnant without extra stuff? Or what is the most simpliest teen pregnancy mod?

Even woohoo is not necessary. I play rotationally and the father is going to college very soon so I should broke rotation if I would make them woohoo. If I would make teen pregnant via boolprop or modded item it would be fine.

Is there something else I should know? I suppose that I should install teenies maternity clothes with the mod.

If you don't worry about woohoo or a showerproof naked mesh, I don't think you even need a mod. You can use teen-enabled maternity wear (a lot of regular outfits have those already, and they will show if the teen is pregnant, mod or otherwise), and pretty sure both the SimBlender and InSimenator (and similar mods) allow you to make teens pregnant without woohoo.

There are going to be some potential issues that the mods usually address, like some missing options and the teen "ignoring" the baby and going to school instead of the game giving maternity leave. Likely some issues with maternity clothes, too (if you use a "preg wear all" mod, it shouldn't be an issue, and as said above, clothes with pregmorphs should work fine). You'll want to make sure there's always a teen, adult or nanny on the lot.

It's been a good long while since I used the teen pregnancy options in Inteen, but if I remember correctly there are two variations of teens, one "regular" that's pretty much regular teens but allowing for pregnancy and some modded options, and one "independent" which unlocks more adult options (I think they can get full jobs, and they don't go to school, probably some other things too).

I didn't play much with the teen options aside for some experimenting to test mod limits - I mostly used the mod to make the life of college sims harder . I have no experience with the other mods, but maybe someone else can help you if you need more info about those?

The pregnancy controller will just delete itself if you don't have some mod stopping that from happening. IIRC MidgeTheTree has a mod that only stops that from happening and doesn't add any other features.

By far to me the best teen woohoo mod that includes pregnancy is S2L teen Woohoo mod.
It keeps teen as teen while pregnant.

I also allows teens to date and even marry adults. I do not need those features. Does this mod make adults to flirt teens randomly?

Just to clarify- InTeen does keep them in a teen body. The "becomes adult" thing makes the age bar show adult. I think maaaybe it effects their voice but I've played with the game muted for like a decade, so I don't remember. You don't have to use the Independent Teen option that allows them to function as adults with full time jobs and marriage.

That mod is way more than you seem to be looking for though.

InTeen has flavor packs which change the behaviour.

I use the no independent teens one because I don't want my teens being able to marry etc either.

There is also a no miscarriages flavor pak if you want that. I don't have that in.

I know that. The body is not problem. I want keep school and part time jobs.


Thank you for replies I ended up to try Sim Blender with AC. The test family worked ok unless I forgot the clothes and did not see belly (but naked sim in the loading screen.) For some reason future grandparents loses lot of aspiration points and meet the Therapist but that kinda makes sense Carpool tried to pick new mother just after labour but this is not big problem for me. The teen did not had morning sickness and I think her needs stayed normal during the pregnancy.

Now there are two young ladies pregnant in my neighbourhood. The one is orphan but the other is not. Her parents did not lose aspiration points. Maybe it would happen when the belly shows up.

This is ok mod in current situation but maybe I would use better if I found one. Now there is a risk for miscarriages in my game. I did nout found out what Midge the Tree meant in her post by changing percent. If I should go to rewrite mod files, how I open packange files for that? Otherwise I would try my best to keep in mommies in good mood during this rotation...

As far as I understand InTeen, the teen is an adult while she'd pregnant but returns back to her usual stage with days until adulthood once she gives birth.

Can someone tell me how to get rid of the "independent" teen but still use InTeen? Can I chose which teen can be regular and which independent?

Chris Hatch's mod Pregnancy Relationship Adjustment causes that aspiration drop, I think.

To get rid of the independent bit use the flavor pack "no independent teens". I think there's an option on the biological clock to make them independent manually. Independent teen means the game treats them as an adult but they retain the teen appearance and body etc.

PregRel does not have anything to do with wants or aspiration, it just changes relationships.
